Mini pile is a cast in place pile. It is made in small than 40 cm diameters. Mini piles are constructed by drilling a circular section in the ground and placing a pile fitting and concrete in the hole. There are types of foundation piles and sheathing piles.
The length of piles is limited to ensure concrete consistency in mini piles. Mini piles are preferred as bearing foundation systems below the foundations of light weight structures. Moreover, there are mini piles which can be applied in basements and outdoors during foundation strengthening of old buildings.

Mini piles are used as vertical components in sheathing systems. Mini pile systems are preferred in relatively hard foundation ground and sheathing structures.
Concreting of mini piles is applied by filling clean aggregate in the completed well on grounds especially where ground water is dominant and by upward feeding of cement slurry from the bottom of the well.
